What you can do with GoHighLevel integration
Two-Way Sync
Automatically sync customer data between TrimRewards and GoHighLevel. Updates in either system are reflected in real-time.
Automated Notifications
Trigger SMS/Email campaigns in GoHighLevel when customers earn rewards or reach milestones.
Custom Fields
Track loyalty points, visit counts, and reward status directly in GoHighLevel custom fields.
Bulk Import
Import existing contacts from GoHighLevel locations into your TrimRewards shop database.
Setup Instructions
- Get your GoHighLevel API Key: Log into GoHighLevel → Settings → Private Integrations → Create new integration
- Configure Webhooks: In GoHighLevel, go to Settings → Webhooks and add the webhook URL from the Webhooks tab
- Find your Location ID: In GoHighLevel, go to Settings → Business Profile to find your Location ID
- Import Contacts: Use the Sync Data tab to import existing GoHighLevel contacts into TrimRewards
- Test the Integration: Create a test visit and verify the data syncs to GoHighLevel
Note: Make sure you've configured the GoHighLevel API key during setup. If not configured, the API calls will fail.
