MirrorX is an AI-powered beauty try-on platform that allows users to virtually preview hairstyles, makeup, nails, and other beauty services before committing to them. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic visualizations.

The App also enables users to book appointments with beauty professionals, manage credits, and save favorite looks.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information to keep it current

4. Credits and Payments

MirrorX operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive complimentary credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through the App
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Unused credits do not expire
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

5. User Content

When you upload photos or other content to the App:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
• AI-generated images are created for your personal use
• You must have the right to upload any photos you submit
• Photos must not contain inappropriate or illegal content

6. AI-Generated Content

Important disclosures regarding AI-generated visualizations:

• Results are simulations and may not exactly match real-world outcomes
• The App cannot guarantee identical results from beauty services
• Professional consultation is recommended before making decisions
• We are not liable for differences between visualizations and actual results

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of others without their consent
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Bookings and Appointments

When booking appointments through MirrorX:

• MirrorX facilitates connections between users and beauty professionals
• Individual service providers set their own prices and policies
• Cancellation policies vary by provider
• MirrorX is not responsible for the quality of services rendered

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by MirrorX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AI VISUALIZATIONS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRRORX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DISSATISFACTION WITH BEAUTY SERVICES RECEIVED.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
