1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MirrorX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MirrorX is an AI-powered beauty try-on platform that allows users to virtually preview hairstyles, makeup, nails, and other beauty services before committing to them. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic visualizations.

The App also enables users to book appointments with beauty professionals, manage credits, and save favorite looks.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information to keep it current

4. Credits and Payments

MirrorX operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 60 complimentary credits upon registration (enough for 2 AI try-ons)
• Each AI try-on uses 30 credits
• Additional credits can be purchased as one-time credit packs through the App
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Unused credits do not expire
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• Bonus credits may be earned through the referral program

5. Subscription Plans

MirrorX offers tiered subscription plans (Free, Explorer, Creator, and Studio) with varying benefits:

• Monthly credits are included with paid plans and added to your balance at the start of each billing cycle
• Custom inspiration upload limits vary by plan tier
• Paid plans may include priority processing, faster results, and additional features
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings — your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Plan pricing and included features are subject to change with notice

6. User Content

When you upload photos or other content to the App:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
• AI-generated images are created for your personal use
• You must have the right to upload any photos you submit
• Photos must not contain inappropriate or illegal content

7. AI-Generated Content

Important disclosures regarding AI-generated visualizations:

• Results are simulations and may not exactly match real-world outcomes
• The App cannot guarantee identical results from beauty services
• Professional consultation is recommended before making decisions
• We are not liable for differences between visualizations and actual results

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of others without their consent
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Bookings and Appointments

When booking appointments through MirrorX:

• MirrorX facilitates connections between users and beauty professionals
• Individual service providers set their own prices and policies
• Cancellation policies vary by provider
• MirrorX is not responsible for the quality of services rendered

10. Referral Program

MirrorX offers a referral program that rewards users for inviting friends:

• You may share your unique referral link with friends and contacts
• Bonus credits are awarded when a referred friend creates an account
• Referral abuse (fake accounts, self-referrals, automated signups) may result in forfeiture of bonus credits and account suspension
• MirrorX reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by MirrorX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AI VISUALIZATIONS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRRORX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DISSATISFACTION WITH BEAUTY SERVICES RECEIVED.

14. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your Account settings:

• Account deletion permanently removes your profile, saved looks, try-on history, and personal data
• Any remaining credits or active subscription benefits will be forfeited upon deletion
• Deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone
• Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
